The keyless entry and virtual check-in created a seamless arrival experience. Our deluxe double room was spacious, featuring a kitchenette that allowed for easy meal prep, and we appreciated the tranquility that made for restful nights. However, the lack of on-site staff was felt, especially when we encountered minor issues like a refrigerator with a problematic hinge. While the cleanliness was commendable, some furnishings may require closer attention for longevity. A local shabu-shabu spot made for a great dining option nearby.

I recently stayed at brinton suites during a long journey. The comfortable beautiful queen studio exceeded my expectations, especially with the kitchenette and cozy balcony. It really made our stay more enjoyable while visiting the area.

absolutely unimpressed with my stay here. the tv remote was broken, I mean, seriously? and the bathroom had absolutely no hooks, talk about convenience! as a loyal guest, I expected a complimentary basket or upgrade, but no, instead I got a boring stay. believe me, I almost wrote a nice review but just couldn't after this. such a letdown.

The comfortable deluxe queen studio exceeded my expectations.
The check-in process was incredibly frustrating. I had to wait outside for 40 minutes due to staff issues and incorrect entry codes. When I finally got in, the room lacked basic maintenance, with the toilet clogging the next morning, making it a disappointing experience overall.

I had a wonderful stay and loved the clean space with the kitchen setup. we even enjoyed wildlife from our balcony! However, the amenities could be better.

missingWrote a review on Jul 21tv issues
The room had two TVs that malfunctioned, leaving them on all night, which was annoying. The fridge door was also wrongly hinged, making it difficult to access items inside, and could use a simple fix. While the facility as a whole was excellent, those details could use attention to enhance the stay.

great facilities but some shortcomings
The new renovation brought a fresh feel, and the deluxe king studio had a cozy setup that provided ample space. The garden view added a vibrant touch to our experience, especially while enjoying morning coffee. The kitchenette was equipped well enough for basic meal prep, which made our stay comfortable.
The furnishings, while appealing, seem like they may not hold up well over time.
